Marielle Ann de Vera-Ballera, affectionately known as "Ma-an," holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of La Consolacion, Philippines(formerly University of Regina Carmeli). Born and raised in the Philippines, Ma-an's journey in the realm of customer service began when she joined the Providence Psychological Services team in July 2021. Despite the virtual nature of her work, Ma-an's cheerful disposition and proactive approach shine through in her role.

 Ma-an is a dedicated professional, recognized for her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
